This site is going to arm you with practical solutions that will
consistently turn a job interview into a job offer.

I'm going to share powerful techniques that I've used throughout my

Most likely you have a job interview coming up and most likely this job
means a lot to you.

Don't worry and don't stress...I'm going to show you exactly how to get

No matter how horrible you think are at interviewing, if you follow my
lead and implement what I teach you, I GUARANTEE you will see a
DRAMATIC improvement in your job interviews. Improvements that will
translate into job offers.

So let's get started...

First, there are 3 basic assumptions that I make about you:
1. You are applying to a job that you are QUALIFIED to do
2. You're NOT embellishing, a.k.a lying, on your resume about your
skills
3. You're willing to do the required job interview preparation work
BEFORE your interview

You have to meet the basic requirements in order to continue. This
site won't help you if you don't.

If you meet the basic requirements then let's continue.

Small fractions of people that go on job interviews are capable of
getting any job they want. And it's not about talent or intelligence.
It's all about proper job interview preparation and interviewing
skills. Skills that I will teach you on this website.

Getting a job offer is a subjective process. Interviewers DON'T make
hiring decisions logically. Interviewers make hiring decisions based
off of emotions (how they feel about you) AND logic (how qualified you
are).

This website is different from any other job interviewing skills
website ever written because I teach you how to do well socially and
skillfully on an interview. I understand that people hire people that
they like first, and people that are skilled second.

An Effective Resume Format That Gets You Job Interviews

No matter how skilled, experienced, talented, or perfect you are for
the job, a weak resume format will never get you an interview because
the FIRST step to getting job offers is getting invites for in-person
interviews.

But taking the time to figure out a great-working resume format is hard
work and it will cost you many job opportunities and frustration (and
don't for a second think that a "beautiful" looking resume is the
answer...it's not...you're just wasting your time with that)...

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
